The manufacturing division offers the complete building of panels and control cabinet assemblies.  As of September 2008 our manufacturing facility has greatly increased in size allowing our staff to increase production and testing. This coupled with ProSystems attention to detail and quality assurance provisions guarantee quality products are delivered in a timely manner.

During the manufacturing process ProSystems prides itself on creating logical layouts which result in trouble free start ups and system maintenance. 

All of these benefits combined allow for a quick and easy start up of the machinery whether performed by ProSystems or the client themselves.

 

Custom Control Cabinets:

ProSystems partners with key companies in order to produce custom control cabinets of any sizing needs. This customization also includes paint work and metal fabrication designed to meet customer’s specifications.

 

Panel Wiring:

ProSystems panels are assembled and wired in a neat organized manner to meet NFPA79 and/or UL508 standards.  These cabinets are also assembled and tested in house, in which they are subject to our strict quality control standards.

Retainer:

This form of consulting allows ProSystems to represent a client company as an extension of their business and market development functions. This process begins with the complete understanding of the client company’s situation, objectives, and constraints. The representation provided to the company is done in a quiet and confident manner, while sifting through new market developments and opportunities which are appropriate to the client company’s needs. Initially the client company will be represented in discussions with possible allies, vendors and channels.

 

Project Based:

This form of consulting allows you, the company; the convenience of having jobs proposed and billed on a per- project and per-milestone basis.  In addition to the flexibility of this option, it also allows your company to fully utilize our expertise in solving specific problems and/or implement plans to develop strategies to resolve any issue.

Engineering

At ProSystems we offer custom programming for many applications including HMI (Human Machine Interface) & PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). These customizable programs allow our clients the ultimate unlimited control over their processes. Our programmers are capable of designing these programs from the ground up or in order to improve existing programs. The goal here is always to develop a user friendly package that will improve overall production.

 

Giving operators the information needed to run the process efficiently is required in today's business.  Touch screens have become an integral part of the HMI, the use of these screens allow operators a central location to control and monitor the entire process. Multiple nodes can also be used to improve accessibility to vital information and controls.
